  • Tracking your purchase
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at violetlillysdesigns@gmail.com
  • Refunds and Returns
    We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email us at violetlillysdesigns@gmail.com to let us know how we can help you. If you prefer to talk with us, include your telephone number. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to refund you the amount of your purchase. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, send your item back within 14 days of receiving the product to the address below. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Currently, we can only issue a refund back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. . Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Sorry, no exchanges at this time.
  • Closed Credit Card or Bank Account
    In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 1-2 weeks to process.
  • Returning a damaged or incorrect item
    If you've received an item which isn't quite right or an incorrect item, please email us as soon as possible so we can ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
  • Cancel or edit your order
    We try to fulfill orders very quickly! If you made a mistake on your shipping address or ordered the wrong item, you have 1 hour to correct the address or cancel the order by emailing us at violetlillysdesigns@gmail.com
  • Shipping
    Processing and shipping times vary with the items that you ordered and your choice of shipping method. You will receive periodic emails that will keep you notified about where your product is and an estimated delivery date. Applicable shipping costs will be reflected in your shopping cart.
