Refunds and ReturnsWe accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email us at violetlillysdesigns@gmail.com to let us know how we can help you. If you prefer to talk with us, include your telephone number. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to refund you the amount of your purchase. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, send your item back within 14 days of receiving the product to the address below. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Closed Credit Card or Bank AccountIn the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 1-2 weeks to process.
